Returns Policy

The Overship 14 Day 100% Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee means you can shop with confidence at Overship.com.au!

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you have purchased from Overship, in most cases we will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided the item is returned within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to return an item under our 14 Day 100% Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee, please email support@overship.com.au or call on 1300 908 450 as only authorised returns can be accepted.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the item must:
•    Be in the original condition it was received by you
•    Have original tags and labels still attached
•    Include all supplied accessories and manuals
•    Be in its original packaging (if any) unworn, unused, undamaged and as sold
•    Have no portion used or consumed

The 14 Day 100% Satisfaction Money Back does not apply to all listed products. The product description will note any variation to our returns policy.

Please be aware it is your responsibility to ensure the item is packed appropriately and returned to us in original condition. Return shipping, postage and handling charges are your responsibility. Overship strongly recommends returning items via registered post, as we are not responsible if an item does not arrive to us.

Original freight is non-refundable and items with free or discounted freight will be refunded less the actual freight fee it cost to ship.

Free Trial Promotions

Certain products from time to time will be available with special trial periods. Any variations to our regular returns policy will be noted on the product page for which the offer applies.

Product Failure

Please contact Overship support if an Overship Product shows symptoms of a failure or is discovered to be broken when first taken from its packaging or shortly after. No returns will be accepted without authorisation from Overship support.

•   If a product is found to have major defect Overship will offer a refund or replacement if available.
•   If a product is found to have a minor defect Overship will, at its discretion offer a repair, replacement or refund.
•   If a product is confirmed as defective, shipping will be at the expense of Overship.
•   If a returned product is found not to be defective Overship will not cover any additional shipping costs.

When a product is replaced, your replacement product becomes your property and the returned defective product becomes our property.

When a refund is given the returned defective product becomes our property.


Some products sold through Overship include additional warranties. Products that include additional warranties will be specified on the relevant product page. Specific warranty details are provided with the product or with the product listing. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the nominated service agent on your order confirmation or support@overship.com.au.

You will be required to return goods to a location within Australia at your expense. We will pay for return freight.

Overship complies with Australian trading laws and consumer guarantees and nothing in these terms and conditions excludes the application of this.

If any specific term and condition is in breach of your statutory rights then that specific term or condition shall not apply.

Our Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our maximum aggregated liability shall in no way exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
