Naturally, should the use of our products be manifestly inappropriate for their intended purpose, we reserve the right, at our discretion, not to provide our full lifetime replacement warranty in those circumstances.

 

This warranty does not cover products that are abused, altered or repaired, nor does it extend to rechargeable batteries or other products that are expected to deteriorate naturally over time. Indeed, because of the natural deterioration of all surge protection products, we recommend that you regularly replace surge protectors and power boards at least every 2 to 3 years, which is endorsed by regulators in Australia.

 

As far as is permitted by law, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage arising from the use of our products.
