Due to Health Regulations & Australian hygiene standards we are unable to accept returns for intimate apparel which includes all items under the lingerie category. Exception to this is items faulty/defective upon delivery

 If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product.

If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product , garments deemed faulty will be replaced free of additional freight charges

 We will always endeavor to ensure our customers are happy and satisfied.

Please note: Returns by Australia Post are recommend being registered or insured as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us. Please ensure you keep a record of the registration or insurance until you are satisfied that we have received the goods.
